Empathy, Restorative, learner, strategic and developer; Those are a few of my strengths that I have gained knowledge of. Knowing your gifts and skills allows you to put value in your contributions. Your words and actions become something with power and meaning; they become into something unique and special since not everyone has the same talents as you. Applying my knowledge of my strengths will allow me to shift my attention away from my weaknesses, it will let me help my team in what they are struggling with or even teach me how to turn my weaknesses into strengths. My goal will always be to help others with my gifts, not overthrow others who are different from me, for they are human and are just as unique and talented as I am. Rather than compete, why not work as a team; By allowing our unique strengths along with the perseverance to work together, we will be able to form a group with a stable leadership system.
